At Hedgren, we want you to be completely satisfied with your functional and stylish companion. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
